In the role of Project Management Intern, you will be responsible for keeping our team organized and efficient. The ideal candidate thinks Google Sheets are awesome, and gets excited when there is a new tool to integrate with Slack!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate various project management (“PM”) tools that are easy to integrate, even easier to use, and meet the needs of the project teams and company
• Draft a PM plan that can be implemented for all projects across the company, currently and in the future
• Present your findings and recommendation to management based on defined needs and requirements
• Implement your proposed and approved PM plan for one project
• Solicit feedback from the team to ensure that the process is efficient and does not disrupt their day-to-day production
• Work closely with management to iterate on PM plan
• Monitor the plan and offer feedback and insight
• Summarize the net benefits of the project plan implemented

Candidate Requirements:

• Has a solid understanding of various PM tools and is able to easily explain them to their 80 year old grandma!
• Proven track record of developing business processes resulting in increased company performance
• Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, Slack, Workast, Zapier, or other PM tools, technologies and best practices
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Can-do attitude, strategic thinker, and passion for new solutions
• Ability to listen, analyze, and prioritize, combining your excellent organization skills to offer solutions to problems, considering details and macro level outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to simplify cumbersome tasks in an effort to create ultimate efficiency and transparency to production pipelines
• Ideal candidate also is passionate and understands video games across multiple platforms

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, College diploma or equivalent work experience with a specialization in Project Management
• Ideal candidate is currently working towards their CAPM or PMP certification
